CHRISTmas Day

We didn't get home Christmas Eve until around 12:30! We got the girls tucked into bed and waited for Santa to come!

I woke up around 7:30 that morning and everyone was still fast asleep! Around 8 I couldn't stand it any longer so I went and woke the girls up. Audree told me she was too tired and she was scared of Santa. Once I told her Santa wasn't here anymore and he left her presents she quickly changed her mind!

Once I got them into the living room her face lit up to see all of the toys Santa Clause brought her!! She ripped into the presents and was in hog heaven!! Ashlyn of course was still so confused and had to no clue what to do with all of the presents in front of her! hahaha

After we opened all of our presents at our house we headed over to my dad and stepmoms. She made her traditional breakfast burittos which I LOVE!!! Then it was time once again to open up MORE presents! THe girls tore into them and Ashlyn was starting to get the hang of it!










Overall we had a blessed Christmas!!! THey got more toys so by the time we finished our house looked like a mini toys r us!

CHRISTmas Eve

We were very busy bees on Christmas eve!

We started out the morning by heading to my mom's & stepdad's. They cooked us cinammon rolls & sausage and biscuits before opening presents. The girls DEF were spoiled rotten by their nonna and grand dad!!! It was like presents were never ending! Ashlyn didn't really know what to think with all the presents in front of her. She liked ripping all the bows off the packages while big sister "helped" open her presnts. Audree on the other hand was a PRO at opening packages! She was ripping them open left and right, she was like a tornado!!!

Our next step was my in-laws! My father in law made a mexican casserole dish which was AMAZING! Next was time to open presents with them! The girls made out like a band-it here as well!

Our last stop of the night was at my stepmom's side of the family! They have a big christmas eve bash and all the family comes over and we party on down! We always have soooo much fun. Things can get a little crazy over here but we always have a huge smile on our face the entire night!

oh my head.......

For the last week and a half I've had a horrible pressure headache that comes and goes. I've taken advil, tylenol, alieve, you name it I've taken it. I finally couldn't take it anymore so I headed to the dr today. Turns out he says I am having muscle contraction headaches. He gave me prescription anti inflammatory and muscle relaxers for bedtime. Im hoping these kick in soon!!!

Christmas Party

This past weekend we hosted our very first ever Buechel Christmas Party! We invited all if our family, which is on the bigger side, over to our house to party on down! We had soooo much fun and it turned out REALLY great if I do say so myself!


We all made food and brought it to our house along with Chinese Christmas gifts! We played a family feud christmas game I threw together, a box game, guess the candy in the bowl game and a chinese christmas! I tried to get everyone to go caroling but nobody wanted to join in, Im not quite sure why :)


ANywho we had a blast and this will DEF be a new tradition! It was worth all the stress and money hahahaha
