Sneak Peek......
Prayers
Please join us in prayers in hopes of them conceiving their little pifer bean!!!
It is also National Infertility Awareness Week. This is a special week. I think about infertility a lot simply because it is a part of my friends life. It is a week to care for someone who is dealing with infertility. It is a week to acknowledge a silent disease, one that you can rarely see with your eyes…there are no outward signs of the sadnesses within.
To me, this week should be a week of celebrating. Not celebrating infertility, but rather what we know about infertility and how that knowledge has opened doors. We should take time to celebrate all of those in the community who support couples battling infertility: doctors, therapists, lawyers, friends, and family. We should celebrate the successes along the way. We should celebrate the stronger relationships we have created because of what we have experienced. We should celebrate what we have become and the roads we have explored. We should celebrate our strength, our courage, our faith.
Let’s celebrate!!
Here is a song I found, and I love it!!! I think it hits the heart to many infertiles.

The Voice
They have contestant come out and sing just like they would on American Idol, however the "judges" are not facing the contestant. They have their backs turned so they can not develop any type of judgement based on their looks, it will be based SOLEY on their voice. If a coach is impressed by a contestant's voice, they push a button to select the contestant. At this point, the coach's chair will swivel to face the contestant selected. If more than one coach selects the talent, the power shifts to the contestant, who may choose which coach they want to work with throughout the competition.
The pros themselves compete to assemble a team of would-be pop stars, with the goal of guiding one toward a record contract and a $100,000 prize. Each coach has to dump half of his or her team before the audience steps in to vote.
I'm hoping to catch a repeat before next week's show airs!! With the little bit I saw, I'm already addicted :)

BAD Weather.....
Well around 8:15 last night a storm popped up out of nowhere and it was headed our way. Next thing I knew tornado sirens were going off, the news was saying tornadoes were spotted and we needed to take cover. Of course I went into COMPLETE panic mode. We went into the girls room, woke them up, and got into the tub with pillows, blankets and Ashlyn's crib mattress. Audree just wanted to sleep, and Ashlyn, well she thought it was time to play. She was playing with all their bath toys, while Audree tried to sleep, and I think I was having a heart attack at this point lol
The winds picked up, the rain poured and we had big booming thunder. Brett stayed in the girls room to listen to the weather and the girls & I stayed in the tub. They said we had about 3 rounds to watch out for. The 1st one, which was the really bad one, missed us and went just south of us. The 2 & 3 wave weren't bad at all. Thank GOD it missed us and we didn't have a tornado.
This is a pic of Audree last night, Ashlyn was such a busy body I couldn't snap a pic of her playing.

Day 29- 3 Wishes
3 wishes.... man I could think of so many things I would wish for.
Wish # 1
My daughters to grow up happy & healthy. I want my girls to grow up and live a wonderful life, acheive their goals and dreams, and become whatever they wish to be. I want them always be happy and never ever be on the downside of life.
Wish # 2
For my mother to be healed. If you read this post then you know exactly what I meant. My mother is so sick its unreal. Some days she can not even get out of bed because she feels so bad. I wish more than anything she would just heal over night!
Wish # 3
It to win the lottery lol no really I wish I could win the lottery. I would pay of our house, cars, bills, give money to my parents to help them in any way, out money back for the girls college funds, i would donate money to the march of dimes as that organization means a lot to me. I mean obviously I have to play to win this and I dont ever play, but Im hoping one day when I do remember to buy a lottery ticket, I will hit the big time :)

Day 28- Something that Stresses You Out
I plan the girls parties for months. I try to buy everything and have things done atleast 2 months before their actual party. I get VERY stressed out over their parties. I just want everything to be perfect for them and have everything they want on their special day. I mean you only have 1 birthday a year :) Its worth all the stress though because the always end up having an excellent birthday. We are very blessed to have the family & friends we do!

Another Egg Hunt.......
Day 27- Pets
I got Daizee when she was just 6 weeks old. Brett & I were still living in our apartment. She is our first baby! Brett did not want animals, esp in our apartment, but I on the other hand wanted a puppy soooooooo bad! I knew a couple that were selling mini dachshunds and I fell in love with Daizee the moment I saw her. She was the runt of the litter, and I knew I just had to have her. She sleeps with me everynight and cuddles with me when she gets a chance AKA when the kids asleep lol
Tipzee was our 2nd baby. I feel like we "rescused" her in a way. I found her with an ad in the paper. I knew I wanted to go and look at her and once I saw her I fell in love. She was part of a puppy mill, which just broke my heart. These people had animals everywhere and if I could have I would have taken all of them home. We brought Daizee with us because of course she had to be apart of meeting her big sister. We scooped her up and brought her home. We had no clue what to name her so we just waited and watched her a for a bit. She was walking sideways so Brett decided her name would be Tipzee lol
Our last pup is named Boscoe. We inherited Boscoe from his parents. His dad got him as a birthday present a few years ago, but when Brett's mom got sick we had to take the dog off of their hands. Boscoe is a full blooded basset hound and is a haus, but cuddly inside. His ears are so long the drag the ground but his face is just soooooo cute :)

Day 26- Picture of Your Family
This picture was taken last weekend at the Eater Parade of Fun! The girls had a blast and so did we! The Waco trib came by and snapped pictures of people there and asked if we wanted our picture taken! Of course we said yes :)
The girls aren't looking in this picture so I included 2. The one they are looking in and the one they aren't lol
I love my little family! Our girls are the sweetest little girls that i have ever seen, not to mention BEAUTIFUL :)

Day 24- Something Youve Learned
The thing that I have learned over the past few years is to not hold a grudge. Ive held MANY grudges in my life, but ive learned its not really worth it. What will you get out of never speaking to someone again? What will you get out of ignoring someone that most likely meant alot to you somewhere down the road? What will you get out of holding up all these negative & pent up emotions? NOTHING!
Holding a grudge really brings you down. Just think of how much effort you are putting into holding a grudge. Instead put those emotions and effort into doing something positive!
Instead of the saying "Forgive & Forget", I use the phrase "Forgive but never forget". I know some are thinking thats a little contradicting but I will never forget some things. Does that mean Im holding a grudge? Nope, just means that I wont forget anything that anyone has ever done or said.
Day 23- Favorite Pieces of Clothing
On the weekend you will probably find me in a sundress or capris & tank tops. I like to dress pretty casual on the weekend, nothing to fancy.

Day 22- Whats In Your Make-Up Bag?
I also use the almay mascara for green eyes. its supposed to bring them out and make them pop, I dont really see a difference lol but I like the mascara itself.
I also use the bare minerals lip gloss but I use a lipgloss over that made by Lancome! Its the only lipgloss that I have found that actually stays puts for longer than a few minutes. It last me almost all day at work so I dont have to keep reapplying it everytime i take a bite to eat or get something to drink!
