April Rose

Some of you fellow bloggers may have been following the blog of little April Rose. I too followed this blog and held high hopes that this child and family would make it through the hard times that were soon to come with April's medical condition.

HOWEVER the word now is that this whole blog was a hoax. That this woman lied about the her baby having birth defects, she posted a picture of a baby doll and claimed it was little april rose and that everything they did was all for money.

I am hoping & praying that this is all not true. Either way the story goes this family truly needs prayers. Here are some links that we have found stating this was a hoax.

Haidyn's (Tators) 1st Bday Party

dWell yesterday was Haidyn's 1st bday party and I was SOOO excited!! Haidyn is just the cutest little thing who always has the biggest smile on her face! I just love her to death!


The theme was ladybugs and Ashley did an AMAZING job decorating!! She is so darn creative! Seriously I wish I had a tiny bit of creativeness! Audree was VERY SHY when we got there, she even cried when Uncle Zach looked at her. She would venture off on her own, but once someone looked at her or even talked to her BAM there came the water works and she would come running to me saying momma momma! HAHA She eventually warmed up and started playing and let others hold her.


Haidyn's birthday cake was SO adorable! It was a big ladybug and Haidyn tore it up! Her litle face was all red and black from the icing, I'm starting to wonder if she ever went to bed last night (HAHA Did she Ash?) Audree ♥ the cupcakes they had and she had 2 of them! Audree doesnt ever get to have sweets ( I know we are mean parents huh?) so I guess she jumped at the oppurtunity. At first I told her no, so she went over to Aunt Tiff and nibbled off hers. Then James told her you can have another one! Can we say S-P-O-I-L-E-D? Luckily for us she went right to bed haha I mean as soon as pulled out of the driveway!

Bouncy Balls

Tonight Audree & I made a trip to HEB!! Now if you were my husband you would have NEVER LET ME GO! You see Im not "allowed" to go to grocery store, or any store for that matter haha I have a tendency to go in with 1 thing in mind and come out with a million!!


Since we are having our "Girls Night Out" party tomorrow I had to grab some things. Yeah I went in for velveeta to make cheese dip and came out $50 later haha

Anywho on to what I was going to blog about. Audree ♥ playing with footballs, nerf balls, and really anything she can throw. Tonight we passed the HUGE rack of bouncy balls and Audree said ball ball ball and pointed to them. I said Aud you have a lot of toys at home, you dont need those. She momma... ball. So of course I melted and said okay lets find you a pink one! I know she really twisted my arm huh? As soon as I handed it to her, her little face lit up and she hugged it and smiled! Awe it was the sweetest thing. I mean something so little means so much to her!

We played with this pink ball all night long! She would hold it, kiss it, hug it, then throw it across the room! Here are some cute pics I snapped her:

So Audree ♥ 's brushing her teeth!! Everytime we walk into the bathroom she points at the toothbrush holder. Tonight we were brushing her teeth before bed time and I had to snap some pics!! I think we might have a future dentist on our hands!

Jibber Jabber

Oh my goodness!!! Audree is just talking up a storm and we can't get her to stop!! haha Its so cute and funny and I have to say that I just ♥ it!

Last night Brett & I were sitting in the living room with her. She looked at us and started talking 90 to nothing. Now of course we have no clue what she was saying, but she had her hands up in the air and was shaking her head. Then she took off running to the other room hahaha

I can' t believe my baby will be 16 months old in just 7 days!! Everyday she is doing something new and I am so proud of her. She is so smart and just so stinking cute!!!

Ill post some new pics of her I took when she was outside playing the other night!!
