Wishing & Hoping & Thinking & Praying
Well this is the week Ive been waiting for.... Ive been waiting for a WHOLE MONTH AND A HALF to see if I have been accepted into MCC's nursing program. I am very nervous to see if I got it. Its my first time to apply, so I understand if I dont get in. They had the committee meeting Thursday and letters will be sent out today or tomorrow. Im a wreck, please just keep me in your thoughts. I will let yall know either way as to what the verdict it.

Saturday= BUSY but FUN day
Well Saturday morning little missy decided she was going to wake us up @ 6:30! Well we were having our water heater worked early that morning so we couldn't go back to sleep!
We woke up, got dressed, they fixed the water heater and off we went to Lolitas for breakfast! OH HOW I ♥ THIS PLACE! Afterwards we went grocery shopping at the heb. Yeah BAD IDEA! Every time I go the grocery bill is always waaaaaaaaaay higher haha
We met Ashley, her husband Luke, their handsome son Braxton, Katy, her husband Brent, and their cute sons Ty & Hunter at Kiddiland for a little play date! It was 10:30 in the morning and we were all sweating haha
We started off by riding the train and all the kids ♥ ed it! Afterwards we rode the horses (the carousel) and um it DRUG BOTTOM!! HA We all laughed her rears off! We decided to spread out after that.
The daddy's took the kids on the next ride. Audree had her lip pouted out on this way (IMAGINE THAT HER WITH A POUTY LIP).
We had the next bright idea of letting them ride the boats. We were all skeptical b/c adults couldn't ride, but we thought what the heck we will give it a shot. All 4 of them got into 1 boat and were pretty content, UNTIL it started! Braxton screamed bloody murder and wanted off of their as fast as he could. Luke came to the rescue and saved him! The ride started again and BAM there went Ty crying to get the heck off of there. So there it was down to Hunter & Audree, but that didn't last long. Hunter started with the water works too and wanted off. I was pretty worried Audree wouldn't ride it by herself, but she pulled through like a champ! All the boys literally jumped ship but she stayed on and proved GIRLS ARE TOUGHER THAN BOYS!! HAHA just kidding. She didn't know what to think during the ride, and looked confused honestly haha She couldn't understand why we were all clapping for her and telling her what a big girl she was!
The last ride we took was the rocket/spaceship looking ride. We all rode this one, minus Brett he was the picture taker. Audree didn't like it at first, but she started "driving" and then she liked it!
After we took the kiddies for a ride it was time for the adults to have some fun! Me, Katy & Luke rode the go karts! I started out in 1st, but Luke passed me up pretty quick! Katy stayed close on my tail but I wouldn't let her pass. On the 2nd to last lap they thought they would gang up on me, YEAH YOU CHEATERS!! Luke stopped in front of me, and Katy rear ended me from behind! I spun around and got stuck. They just kept driving their little cars and left me there all ALONE! So i came in last :o( BUT IT WAS SO MUCH FUN!!
We rode the choo choo train one more time and that is probably one of the only functioning rides they have left! I just dont understand why they dont fix that place up! I mean its $1.50 a ticket to ride, $5 to drive the go karts and $2 to ride the train. You think they would have some money left over to fix the place up.
After Kiddiland we all headed home b/c the kids were POOPED! I had a baby shower to be @ by 1. Tiffany from work is having a little boy named Teagan Kash, how cute huh? We played games, which I won 1 by the way whoo hoo, take the Luke & Katy haha. Tiffany got some cute stuff and I can't wait to meet Teagan!! He kicks me all the time and I can't wait to hold him and spoil him rotten!
We met my dad and stepmom for dinner that night at Ninfas! I ♥ their fajitas! Afterwards we went to try and rent the movie Grand Turino but was out of luck and couldn't find it so we just took Audree to the park and let her play. She loves swinging and sliding. We headed home, gave Aud a bath and we were both out by 9:30! We had a LONG but FUN day!

What A Day
Well today is a new day and I feel so refreshed and better. A few of you know what "situation" I am talking about in reference to why today is a new day. I am by no means okay and better, because Im not, but I have done everything in power to mend what has happened. I wont lie things have been stressful and emotionally hard on me and a few others the past day and a half, but sometimes things happen and we just have to know that.
Tonight Katy, Brent, Ty & Hunter came over and we grilled out some yummy burgers! Ty FINALLY got his bday presents from us (SORRY TY) which one of those was a slip n slide! Needless to say the ground was too hard underneathe to slip and slide on it haha so mostly we just slipped on it haha. I blew Audree's whale pool up and all 3 of them got and there and played their little hearts out!
After we ate the guys hung and watched some tv and me, katy, audree and the boys played in Audrees room! The 3 of them literally had every single toy Audree owned out on the floor haha it was kind of nice because she doesn't play with any of them! Katy and I just hung out and talked about a lot of things on our minds, which was so nice, because to be honest I needed to get things out and off my chest. Then we laughed and just talked about goober things, because yes we are goobers. Audree is worn out from all the fun and Im sure the boys are too! They headed home around 9:45 because the storm is headed this way!
We had a WONDERFUL night and it was a nice stress reliever and relaxer. We do this all again tomorrow at Kiddieland WHOO HOO YES TY WE ARE GONNA RIDE THE TRAIN haha he asked me all night when we could ride it.

Another thing....
I just wanted to blog and say one thing for tonight:
MY CHILD WAS CONCEIVED OUT OF LOVE. WE WANTED HER SO BADLY AND WE CONCEIVED HER. I WOKE UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT FEARING FOR MY CHILDS LIFE. SCARED THAT I WOULD NEVER GET TO HOLD HER AND SEE HER GROW. I WAS SCARED OUT OF MY MIND. I COULDN’T HOLD MY CHILD FOR 7 DAYS. DO YOU KNOW HOW HARD THAT FOR ME TO SIT THERE AND JUST CRY AND NOT HOLD HER? I DIDN’T GET TO BREASTFEED HER LIKE I PLANNED. I DIDN’T EVEN GET TO SEE MY OWN FLESH AND BLOOD FOR 24 HOURS. I SAT IN A HOSPITAL ROOM AND HEARD ALL OF THE OTHER BABIES CRYING AND THEIR MOTHERS CONSOLING THEM, WHERE WAS MINE? SHE WAS DOWN THE HALL WITH A MACHINE BREAHTHING FOR HER, KEEPING HER ALIVE. MY CHILD HAD A MACHINE THAT BREATHED FOR HER BECAUSE SHE COULDN’T ON HER OWN. DO YOU KNOW HOW H ARD THAT IS? YOU WILL NEVER KNOW UNTIL YOU ARE THERE JUST LIKE I DON’T KNOW HOW INFERTILITY IS. I SAW FOR HOURS AT A TIME BY MY CHILDS BEDSIDE PRAYING TO GOD TO HAVE HER HEALED.I HAD TO BRING MY CHILD HOME ON A MACHINE TO MAKE SURE SHE DIDN’T QUIT BREATHING.
Listen everyone who is struggling with conceiveing their children Im sorry, I truley am. I wont lie, I would never ever want to be in your shoes and I would never ever pretend to act like I would want to be. But let me tell all of you one things, there is no reason to think that just because we mothers or father take our children for granted because that is an understatement. Just because we didn't struggle to conceive our children doesn't make us any less then what all of you will be when you get pregnant and have your child. I cherish the ground my daughter walks on. and im pretty sure all parents do.

Looking Back & Happy 16 Months Old
HAPPY 16 MONTHS TO MY BABY GIRL!!
I just don’t know where the time has gone and where it is going.
Audree it seems like it was just yesterday when mommy and daddy found out you were in my tummy. It seems like just yesterday we had our first ultrasound and saw your little heart pumping away. Seems like just yesterday we found out you were a precious little girl. It seems like just yesterday you were born. I remember waking up in the middle of the night and thinking she is coming today. I talked to you and told you baby its too early, you can’t come, and you have to stay in mommy’s belly for just a little bit longer. You had other plans and you wanted to come out and meet mommy and daddy now!! At 5:57 AM there you were and I have never ever felt so much joy in my life. You were so tiny but you were the most beautiful little angel I have ever laid my eyes on. We had 31 days in that NICU with you and day in and day out mommy and daddy sat by yourself and loved on you as much as we could. We watched you grow, we watched you overcome all the odds, we watched you get all of the machines, tubes and wires off of you one by one. We watched you finally make it to the day they said we could bring you home!
For 16 months you have been in our lives and its been the best 16 months we have ever had. I love when you snuggle up on the couch with me when you are tired, I love playing tea party with you, I love watching you swim in your swimming pool, I love watching you try to read your books, I love watching you play with all of you toys, I love when you wake me up in the mornings and pat me, I love when you blow me kisses and give me kisses, I love how your face lights up when I walk into the room, but most of all I love hearing you call me momma.
As the months continue to go by, it feels like I am watching my life flash before my eyes. It makes me so happy to see you grow and be healthy, but at the same time it makes mommy & daddy so sad. To see you grow up is so hard because we know we won’t ever get those moments back with you. I still remember holding you for the very first time! It was like I was holding a piece of heaven. To this day when I hold you I still feel that joy and happiness. (you just aren’t that 4 lb baby I held hahaha).
Audree Emma we love you so much! We are so proud of you and everything that you do. You are our world, and what we live for each and every day. You light up so many people’s lives with happiness and joy. You are special little girl!!

*QUESTION TO ALL YOU MOMMIES…. When should we start potty training her? I know its too early right now but we are trying to prepare ourselves and I so want to her a little potty that plays music when you tinkles hahaha

Is It The Weekend Yet?
We have such big plans for this weekend and I can't wait for it to get here.
Friday I get off work @ NOON (YAY FOR ME)! Im heading to the spa to do a sauna therapy session. This is basically a form of detoxification. I am so excited for Saturday to roll around!! Ash called this morning to see if Audree wanted to meet up with Braxton Saturday morning for a play date at Kiddiland!! Of course I happily said yes. Then I got the idea that we could invite Katy and her 2 boys and we could have 1 big playdate! Im so excited to see all the kiddies play together. Audree bascically tried to tackle Hunter the other night at our house haha (sorry hunter she is aggressive like her momma). I think they are going to have a blast! I can't wait to take pics!!
And yes I know Audree is one diva haha 3 boys after her at one time hahaha
Then that afternoon I have Tiffany's (from work) baby shower and can't wait! Little Teagan kicks my hand when I put my hand on her belly! I jump everytime haha Weird to feel it since Audree didn't really move around a lot.
Then that night we will be going to dinner to celebrate my stepmom's birthday! She turned the BIG 41 today so we are making her dinner and got her a chocolate cake with chocolate cream cheese icing , HER FAVORITE!!
Sunday is normally just our lazy day. We normally make our rounds and visit all the grandparents and just hang out.
