My Princess Dreaming

I love watching Audree play, talk, walk and do everything she does.

BUT I must say that when she sleeps she is absolutley the sweetest angel I have ever seen. As most of you know we have had a time battling with Audree sleeping through the night in her own room. Im PROUD to say the past 1.5 to 2 weeks she has been sleeping in her own bed ALL NIGHT! Putting her down at night is getting easier, some nights she goes to sleep right away, but other nights she will cry for about 15-20 minutes off and on. Brett I just sit and lay in bed and tell each other its okay, she is fine, she isn't hurting. It is hard as us as parents to lay there and hear her cry and its REALLY HARD when she says Momma :o( BUT WE ARE GETTING THROUGH THIS!

Anywho Friday night I snapped some pics of her snoozing in her bed. As you can see she is a wild sleeper haha she lays all different ways, but after she crashes I go in and fix her and lay her the right way.

Saturday Night Lights

Saturday night Brett, Myself, Audree and Father In Law headed to the UT vs Baylor baseball game. We were iffy about the weather, but it looked like it would miss us. We all were in out UT shirts, but Audree didn't have one. We bought her a UT cheerleader outfit last football season but she outgrew it. I went to Target and bought a plain white tank top and went to Michaels and got some rhinestones. I ironed the rhinestones on to say HOOK EM HORNS and she wore some orange shorts. Of course all the men around there were telling her HOOK EM BABY!! haha

This is Audree's 2nd baseball game and she ♥ going to them. Her and PawPaw shared some pea"nuts" (<--- inside joke between the 4 of us, my father in law told me not to blog about it hahaha so I wont, Ill just mention it. The Horns kept hitting homeruns and my father in law said those balls are expsensive to replace. Of course we all just laughed.) and she just sat and watched the game. Audree clapped when the crowd would clap and she would yell with us! Everytime UT would hit a homerun, everyone would hold their HORNS up and chant the players name! It was SO much fun.

In the 7th inning the wind started to pick up and before we knew it, it was starting to sprinkle. Audree was getting tired, so we decided it was time to head home. We also didn't want to get caught in rain with Audree!!


UT was KICKING baylors butt when we left in the 7th inning 14-5. When we got home we watched the end of the game and the FINAL score was 19-11. UT SWEPT Baylor in all 3 games they played. Longhorns are in 1st place right now (HOOK EM) and they only have A&M left to play. If they win, they will Win the BIG 12!



We had planned on heading over to James & Ashley's house and meet up with Zach and Tiff, but Audree was so incredibly tired, it was actually kind of pitiful. She was getting cranky towards the end of the game and would not sit still. She fell asleep in the car on the way home, she woke up to tell PawPaw bye and then she was out like a light again.

March of Dimes Waco = SUCCESS

Well I just received an email from the March of Dimes Waco. Here is what she had to say:

Thank you WACO WALKERS for an amazing March for Babies event! What a fun day we had with about 500 walkers out at Legends Crossing in support of the March of Dimes. Thank you for your fundraising efforts as well. We have raised about $60,000 in Waco so far!
