Introducing Sandee & Sophee

I have been on the hunt for 2 puppies for my mother and stepfather since their dogs passed away from cancer. Its been a tough road of recovery from grieiving over them. They were just like a sister in a form, they were truly apart of our family. So losing them was a very tough time.

My parents finally said we could look for puppies. We had went down to the Humane Society because they wanted to rescue 2 sisters, but couldn't find much. Yesterday we found 2 blue heeler mix puppies and just fell in love. The home they were coming from was not liveable conditions for a puppy. My heart ached for them as soon I saw them.

We went to Petco and bought them all sorts of new goodies!!! Once we got them home they got a really good bath and all scrubbed up! I gave them a bowl of puppy food and it was like they hadnt eaten in days. They scarfed it down as well as the water. When I left last night to go home, they were all snuggled up together in their new bed!

Silly Willies

Yesterday evening Audree climbed up in my lap and said "Momma, can you take pictures with me?" I said sure..... so she went and grabbed my camera and was ready to start acting SILLY!!! Audree is a camera hog as you can tell...... I cherish moments like this :)

Ashlyn got a pair of cowgirl boots from a friend of ours. Last night we put them on her and she was absolutley hilarious. She was stomping around, and just cutting up. She thought she was hot stuff.

Movies & Alphabet

So I apologize for my lack of posts, not that many people read this besides my family lol

Friday, Brett had to work late so it was just the girls & I! At Audree's request, I got the girls a chicken nugget happy meal and rented Rio. We got home, the girls ate, hopped in the jammies and plopped on their Dora couch.

I have to admit they look so darn cute all snuggled up next to each other. They sat on the couch for about the first hour of the movie & I was shocked Ashlyn sat still for that long lol The last 30 minutes they danced and danced and danced to the movie when there was songs. I wish I could upload the video of them dancing, but they are in their under roo's so I wont embarress them :)

After the movie was over, Audree was playing with my iphone as usual. I have a lot of games and apps downloaded for her. Most are educational so she can learn as she is playing. She FINALLY learned how to write an A so here it is! Yep Im on proud momma :)

Anxiety

I am sure that most everyone has had anxiety in some way, shape, form and or fashion. You could be nervous about giving a speech at school, taking a test, all of the work piling up at work, etc.

I however suffer from anixety / panic attacks. They so bad that I wouldn't even go anymore but work by myself. I finally forced myself to make the move and get put on medicine 5 years ago. It helps TREMENDOUSLY! Its just a small pill i take everynight and it makes my anxiety 100 times better.

However this past week, for some unknown reason, it has been ramped up and kicked into high gear. I actually had to leave work and stay off for 2 days per Dr's orders.

For those of you who have no clue what is feels like let me just describe it a tad bit.

* Heart Pounds
* Get clamy
* Eyes can dilate (this was a first for me this past week)
* Your body can shake from the inside, like you do when you are cold
* Your mind starts going 100 mph and you can't stop it
* You cant sit still
* etc.

I experianced this at work and couldn't get it to go away. I actually got a little light headed and tried to walk it off. This will usually work to get my anxiety to go away, however it just wouldnt go away. I was pretty miserable for 3 days, but now im back on the mend!

My Babies

Like most mom's in the world, I think my kids are just the cutest things ever. So I decided I would just let you see for yourself how gorgeous they are. Audree is my little model, can you tell?

Family Pictures

This past weekend it was my nana's 78th birthday! We celebrated all weekend long and surprised her by taking her to get family pics made with the entire family on my mothers side.

We haven't had a group picture since before my mom and dad divorced which was 20 years ago! It went very well, and we all had a good time! I am so glad we all got together for a pic!
